“Isaac was Great!, very very knowledgeable, he's an all around guy who's very professional and with a nice since of humor, and I just can't say enough. Thank you Pure Maintenance.”
The same VaPURE™ system we use for mold, applied as a whole-property sanitization and disinfection treatment. A sterilant vapor disperses throughout the treated space and reaches surfaces a sprayer never touches; an antimicrobial protectant then stays on those surfaces after we leave.

The Pure Maintenance of Indy VaPURE™ treatment works on surfaces and in the air. It penetrates small spaces and reaches most of the places microbial growth takes hold, denaturing it on contact. The active component of the sterilant is on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List.
A sterilant vapor denatures microbial growth at the source, followed by an antimicrobial protectant that stays on treated surfaces long after we leave.
Whole-property reach
Our patented VaPURE™ process denatures mold and other microbes — eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it inert matter.
Because we treat throughout your home or business with VaPURE™ vapor, the treatment reaches areas traditional means of application would not — reaching the difficult-to-access places where microbial growth typically takes hold.
Lasting protection
We apply an antimicrobial agent onto all surfaces to limit future microbial regrowth. The coating forms a covalent bond with the surfaces it contacts — invisible, imperceptible, and it does not off-gas or contain harmful metals or irritants.
The layer electrostatically attracts airborne spores and carries carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails — disrupting newly settled spores mechanically before they can take root.
