“As I am leaving the place I have lived for over a decade, I am curious as to what mold has grown in the basement. Pure Maintenance responded very fast and came in and the test took 5 minutes. Pricing is a little high, but it is worth the knowledge of how badly my leasing office screwed me over.”
“Mostly impressed with the owner for hir response time and his keeping in touch with me. The young man that did the work was awesome and very professional.”
“Pure Maintenance guys did a great job on my elderly parents house . They came in set up their equipment and fogged the mold. It was a good clean process and they all were very professional. I would recommend them to anybody that needs mold taken care of.”
“Karston was super friendly! He gave me a short story of all what was going to happen. He walked me through the whole process and what electrical needs he needed. Overall, good experience”
“Highly recommend. I needed a mold test, they came out within a day, and got results back to me in 24 hours. They are responsive and fast. I was really impressed. Isaac and Kutler were super easy to work with. 5.0/5”
“An amazing experience! The before and after photos show a HUGE difference! Like the problem never even existed. Issac and Kutler were wonderful to work with. Kutler who did the work was very professional and courteous throughout. He explained the process to me and kept me informed during each step. Only took about 1 hour. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.”
“Isaac has been excellent through the whole process. He’s demonstrated a depth of knowledge on mold, mycotoxins, and its impact on health issues, which have greatly impacted our family. He’s answered all of our questions and was very patient with us throughout the process and our decision with which company and approach to go with. We’d highly recommend Pure Maintenance of Indy for your mold remediation needs!”
“We used Pure Maintenance to inspect a home we were purchasing for mold, and they were excellent from start to finish. They were able to get out to the property quickly, and we received the results well within our inspection timeline. We then hired them to complete the mold remediation, and once again, they were responsive, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do. What impressed us most was how they handled an unexpected scheduling issue. An HVAC technician ended up being in the home at the same time, and because mold remediation requires the property to be empty, Pure Maintenance adjusted their schedule and came back after hours so the work could still be completed without delaying our closing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on time. Great communication, great service, and an incredibly professional team. I would absolutely recommend them.”
“The service was truly exceptional. Extremely happy with the results and overall experience.”

What I like most about them is they treated my entire home without doing any demolition. They even treated my HVAC and air ducts and gave me a post test to confirm the results.
