About Us

Hello from our family to yours! We are the Evans. I (Isaac) grew up in a small town in Northern Illinois, and Maddy (my wife) right here in Indianapolis. We have 3 wonderful children. We enjoy being outside hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and playing sports. Our health is very important to us! With kids comes lots of love, fun, entertainment and… destruction.
After our bathtub overflowed one too many times we began to notice black spots growing in our bathroom and consequentially stuffy noses, red eyes, and itchy hives. After some research, we found that those things were all related. This led us to find the amazing benefits of Pure Maintenance and whole home treatments. After learning about Pure Maintenance we knew it was life changing, and we’re now proud to help families reclaim their homes, their health, and their peace of mind—one space at a time right here in Indianapolis!

Our Story

For a long time, mold was something we thought you just sprayed with bleach and hoped for the best—not something that could truly change someone’s life. That changed when my wife, Maddy, took a job with a mold fogging company that was a Pure Maintenance affiliate. What started as just another job quickly became something much bigger.
Night after night, she came home sharing incredible stories—homes transformed, health restored, and people finally getting answers after years of unexplained illness. Whole home remediation that was actually affordable. One evening, I finally asked her, “Be honest… is this whole dry fog thing just snake oil, or does it actually work?” Her answer was simple: “It’s the real deal—and more people need to know about it.”
That sparked my deep dive into mold and its effects. I knew mold was bad, but I had no idea how devastating it could be. I read stories of people forced to leave their entire homes with and leave everything behind, families battling perpetual illnesses, depression, what they thought was asthma or allergies, and even individuals confined to wheelchairs—all linked back to mold exposure. Over and over, one solution kept appearing: Pure Maintenance.
Maddy and I had always dreamed of owning our own business. I wanted the freedom that came with it, but she always said it had to be something meaningful—something that genuinely changed people’s lives. Well, she got what she wanted!
That’s how Pure Maintenance of Indy was born, right here in Maddy’s hometown of Indianapolis. Today, we’re proud to help families reclaim their homes, their health, and their peace of mind—one space at a time.
